Chef Guy Bradley from popular Greensboro North Carolina restaurant Big Burger Spot appeared on WFMY TV to craft a classic Rueben sandwich. Their recipe involves smoking corned beef for 12 hours and concocting your own Thousand Island dressing.  According to Guy, “you’re looking for that golden crisp texture when you bite into the sandwich.” Here’s a video on how the pros do it!
